The Bronco was a Wildtrak, and was listed at $57,960.00 The True Car people connected me with Power Ford and they confirmed the ad. They connected me with a Sales person and I started the process. I got a call back from this fellow a few hours later who said "You realize that we are going to charge 30K more than the advertisement states yes?" I of course did NOT expect a reputable business to post an ad at $57,960.00, follow through with conversations and emails and then bait and switch to the tune of 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS? What a dirty way to do business. Two times, i was told my truck would have a diagnostic tech perform work on it, 11/05/2021, and 11/09/2021. Both times I was told i would have to leave the truck for four days. It seems that Power Ford do tech perform work on it, 11/05/2021, and 11/09/2021. Both times I was told i would have to leave the truck for four days. It seems that Power Ford does not have the capability to schedule work unless you leave your vehicle. I will not ever return to this dealership to have any repairs done on any of my vehicles. Courteous service, Response time is good. My service person resolved car issue with notes for what to do if the problem would show up again.
