I just came in for an oil change and having no other car, ask the service department when would be the best time to get in and out? She said 7:15 a.m. would be good. I got there on time and check my car in. At 8:30 I asked how long it would be before my car was ready. I was told they're looking at it now. So an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment they started working on my car. Then I was told I had a critical maintenance issue. My air filter needed changing. I looked at how much the cost would be and was shocked that the labor to put in an air filter which takes about 3 minutes was almost as much as the air filter itself. Very disappointed in the pricing and labor costs and the amount of time that I waited after having an appointment to get my car. Almost 2 hours for an oil change. Very unhappy. However the girl who checked us in was very nice and accommodating and I appreciated her attitude. The waiting room was clean and there was fresh coffee but almost 2 hours for an oil change made me quite unhappy not to mention the labor costs for an oil filter. Maintenance worker must have thought I was a female because no one's going to pay that price for an air filter. Would I recommend power forward? Sure, because I've had worse problems and other dealerships. I would just give a beware to whoever asked. More
