I believe my service advisor‘s name was Jacob, the gentleman was very professional and responsive to my concerns. Even with some issues he had to deal with that made his job harder. On this occasion I used the Quick Lane. I have in the past did my own oil changes and tire rotations. I was always concerned that the dealerships did not used their best mechanics for this I have in the past did my own oil changes and tire rotations.
