The service work was very good. The texting was too much. I probably had 15 to twenty text during the day. The invoice was very confusing. I had to cal the adviser for explanation. The pick up and deliver to my house was free and much appreciated. But the cost for an oil change & air filter for $170 seems too much for me. I will have to think about it for next oil change.. While the cost was on the higher side, my overall experience was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is adding a complimentary car wash at the end of service—this is something I’ve experienced at other dealerships, and it would make the visit feel even more complete given the amount we pay.
