They did everything in their power to give me the best deal possible. Just be warned if you find a vehicle in their website that says it's not ready for sale, don't expect it right away. I waited a week for delivery which made me anxious, but they made sure the vehicle was safe and looked brand new for my family and I. Overall this was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Even better than carmax which is where I normally go. Go see "J" today! More

The good, the bad, the headliner... Power Ford and I started off with a great relationship. I bought my used car there, had my car serviced there without any issues what so ever. Sure th Power Ford and I started off with a great relationship. I bought my used car there, had my car serviced there without any issues what so ever. Sure the service department's customer service can use some major improvements but they always did a good job servicing my car which was the most important part. Recently my vehicle's headliner began to detach and again Power Ford took a look at it and once again it was off to a great start. They scheduled a time to repair the headliner and told me it would be a couple of days. A couple of days turned into a couple of weeks, a couple of weeks turned into a month. Power Ford had my vehicle for a month. Their supplier kept supplying them with expired adhesive. It wasn't until the manufacturer got involved that Power Ford ordered the adhesive directly from the manufacturer. Long story short, they did the repair, I got my vehicle back after a month and noticed the subpar repair. Power Ford's parts and service director was helpful in wanting to get my vehicle in for a follow up but unfortunately they could not fix the issue and offered everything to me except the one thing to make it right... A full replacement. I still like this dealership, it is just unfortunate that 1) they could not repair back to the way it should be and 2) that the manufacturer flat out refuses to grant a replacement. More
Went for Oil Change, had my truck side swiped. I took my brand new truck in for an oil change and in the process the service crew side swiped my truck. Manager downplayed the incident as "minor" damage. Aside from the door dents, the seams of the doors are now misaligned. Beware of these "minor" damages if having your vehicle serviced at Power Ford service center. More

All I wanted was someone to change my tire. Then, Gregg approached me, immediately, asking how he could help. He rest assured me that he would help me with my tire and if I would be interested in a car. So, we started looking at the cars I might be interested in. He was very kind, friendly and made me laugh. He made it really easy to realize that I REALLY needed a new car. More
