A chance to compare local Ford dealers I decided to get four new tires instead of just replacing my front tires. Luck shined my way and I was able to take advantage of the anniversary sale, I decided to get four new tires instead of just replacing my front tires. Luck shined my way and I was able to take advantage of the anniversary sale, buy three get one free. The final price per tire was less than advertised at Power Ford's website, which was nice and lower than another local Ford dealer. I worked with Travis in service and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the additional service I would be needing soon. I purposely tried Power Ford to compare service with another local Ford dealer I have mixed feeling about. I'll be back to Power Ford for the additional service and also bring in my other Ford for some service. More

Great Service! I went for the first time to the 5 points location to have my oil changed in my '13 Ford Edge Sport. All the staff I met today , as in the past, did their best to help me get fast and accurate service for my F150. Shantell, Nadiene, Robert (mechanic) and others were polite, professional and helpful. Had the parts needed for the repair without delay. Did a test drive to check it out. Their "works" package cked out practically the entire operating parts of the truck, which gives me a feeling of security I really appreciate. And they warranty their work. Don't hesitate to contact them, they are the best in town. And they service any make vehicle to boot. More

My man, Carlos Lopez Several times this year Mr. Lopez has come to the rescue for my 2006 Ford Escape. Earlier this year he picked up a serious problem missed by other me Several times this year Mr. Lopez has come to the rescue for my 2006 Ford Escape. Earlier this year he picked up a serious problem missed by other mechanics two weeks earlier -- my engine block straps had degenerated to the point where the engine was vibrating as I drove along. Carlos also worked hard to seal up the moon roof on my car, so that it would stay closed until a new rail track was obtained. This came in very handy when my car was parked during a downpour! Additionally, Mr. Lopez called me at home to find our why I had not shown up to have the roof repaired after sending a notice that the parts were in. It turned out that I was ill with a flu. I was very appreciative of the call and the willingness to work with me until I was well enough to come in. I must also mention the shuttle-car driver, Darren. Just as on previous occasions, Darren was polite, on time and a very careful driver. He even remembered that I needed help to get out of the vehicle as my artificial knees make such descents a bit difficult. It is nice to know that he is a young man who can be counted on to show up when promised and to deliver passengers to their destinations with a smile and courtesy.
