Great service department curtesy respect given willingness to help you. I had a problem with my truck tires and the jumped right on it. Keep in mind I did not buy my truck here but they didn’t care, they got on the phone with the tire rep and within a short time and 3 calls to me I was back there and 45 min later rolled out with 4 new tires. Services Very disappointed with Power cord. First, I call Power cord to schedule my 5,000 miles services. I was transferred four times before someone helped me Very disappointed with Power cord. First, I call Power cord to schedule my 5,000 miles services. I was transferred four times before someone helped me, only to be told unable to service your vehicle. Service is for 5,000 miles. I tried to explain, I now have 4,758 miles and I am in the Albuquerque area, I would like to schedule service. Powerford would not understand. My travel home I reached 5,000 miles, so the next day I had to pay a visit to my local jiffy lube. More
