Repairs I brought in my F 250 for service on August 18th. I had to go out of town and hadn't had a chance to look over the truck. About September 7 I was hand washing my truck and noticed the rear center caps had been scratched badly. I drop by the dealership and talked to a gentleman named Jeff. He was a service advisor. He inspected the caps and called his manager in. They ordered the caps with no questions asked. He took very good care of me. Thanks More
