Unsatisfactory Oil change service, they tried to tell me it would be $130.00, after telling them I would leave elsewhere the service guy asked to open my hood and t Oil change service, they tried to tell me it would be $130.00, after telling them I would leave elsewhere the service guy asked to open my hood and that’s when he realized my oil change wouldn’t be as much. AND they switched out my plate without my permission. I did not purchase my vehicle from there and they placed their logo plate on my car. I called the manager Brian and complained and he expressed that they shouldn’t have done that unless they got my permission. if they changed this without my permission, what else are they getting their hands on in and around my vehicle! My first and only stop at your facility. I’ll get my service elsewhere. And by the way Brian, the service manager, did not apologize!! More
