I arrived midday to find out my wait would be approximately 3 hours. I expressed my anger, all my fault, but Aaron handled the situation like a pro and said he would do whatever he could to get done quicker. I decided to wait and would call my employer to pick me up. I waited about 30 minutes before I was picked up. I proceeded to let Aaron know I was leaving and to call me when car was done and he informed me the car would be ready in 15 minutes. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround and the action Aaron took to get me out as quickly as possible. I believe good quality employees are hard to find and Power Ford has one in Aaron! Please commend Aaron and team on providing Excellent Customer Service! More
