Much to the disappointment of the sales staff, I’m still driving the Ford Edge I purchased from them in 2009 and a Ford Ranger from 2003. Many service staff know me by name and are always friendly and keep me informed of timing and maintenance repair needs. Mechanic service is reliable but if there are problems they make it right. More

Unfortunately the part was on backorder but despite that they ensured I had a loaner vehicle as well as when I got my car back it had been washed and cleaned inside. Service Every time we have used Power Ford we have not been happy with their service. I took my Expedition in for an oil change and they locked my keys in th Every time we have used Power Ford we have not been happy with their service. I took my Expedition in for an oil change and they locked my keys in the car which is no big deal things happen. The frustrating part and irritating to is that I asked if I can get a ride home to get my other key and they kept told me that their manager can open it and an hour later I asked them to give me ride home and they told me again that they are trying to open it and a little later same thing. Finally after almost two hours they said they couldn't get it and someone will give me a ride home. I was there for three and a half hours for an oil change. And then now they lost my spare they say they left it in my Expedition but it was not there so now I have to purchase a new one because I also found out that my extended warranty does not pay for the keys and I feel like I was mislead on the warranty because I thought I had one that covers oil changes also and it did not. Even though they did do my oil change at no cost for now because of their mess up. I had problems with their service when I first bought the Expedition because they lost my check when I paid for the extended warranty. And we tried them again in June and bought a Ford Ranger and we still have not received our registration and until I called they said they were having problems with MVD and veteran plates. They should have let us know but they didn't. More
Bought a Lemon FORD DONT CARE Purchased a 2018 vehicle brand new 1st owner. Car has been in the shop 4-6 times in the first year. Service techs cannot figure out the problem and ha Purchased a 2018 vehicle brand new 1st owner. Car has been in the shop 4-6 times in the first year. Service techs cannot figure out the problem and have replaced 1 part and the other times have given the vehicle back with no fix. The vehicle has left my daughter (4yrs old) and I stranded in 100° weather, caused me to miss work, left me in busy intersections due to power loss while Ford continues to represent this Lemon and will not help me trade it in. The customer service is terrible and so is the manufacturer. They also have tried to get me out of the shop without documentation that the vehicle was there during my last visit. This is a shady practice and I had to hassle them to get the paperwork. 1 person has been ok the rest are not good. There is No Loyalty to the customers and no integrity. I am extremely dissatisfied with the vehicle and company as a whole. Terrible place to go. More
