Not sure what changed but it was note worthy enough that we purchased another truck, the "BEAST", his F-350 Lariat, and I look forward to taking my F-150 Lariat, aka "BEAUTY" in for service. Service dept folks appreciate my skepticism and mistrust from early years. Their continuity of care attitude MATTERS! If Fred tells us that BEAUTY has a headache and needs a new resistor, we know the work is needed and not just being added for their profit only. GREAT JOB POWER FORD! Fair and timely I have had experiences in the past where dealers made me sit around for hours while they got the paperwork together. This was not bad.
