When I took my truck in for service it was explained to me that the service department had a large backlog and it was going to take some time before they could even diagnose my vehicle. I left my truck and in a couple of days my service writer Fred called and offered me a loaner vehicle. That was a very nice gesture and I took them up on that immediately. It was a few more days before my truck was diagnosed and then a few more days before it was fixed but all in all the experience was very painless. More
