I came in for a recall service and was expecting to wait all day. The estimate was half to a full day. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the work was completed in 2 hours. Great service. My only gripe all day. The estimate was half to a full day. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the work was completed in 2 hours. Great service. My only gripe is that they noted my cabin and engine air filters were "due" on the multipoint inspection; I replace them regularly. The dealership charges $60+ to replace a $15 part that takes 30 seconds. That practice is sleazy, slimy, and an easy cash grab, but it is a standard dealership behavior. More
