The reason I keep coming back This is the third time I have purchased a car from Power Chevrolet. From stepping on the lot to me driving out with my new car was exactly two hours! This is the third time I have purchased a car from Power Chevrolet. From stepping on the lot to me driving out with my new car was exactly two hours! Including financing! I found a few issues with the car the next day and even though they were not included in my deal they still decided to make them right. The service department even found a few more issues that they brought to my attention and they fixed all of it at no cost to me. Great experience from beginning to end! More

Above and beyond I had a few issues with my 2008 Buick Lucerne after we drove off of the lot "as is." Power Chev took care of everything even though they had no legal obligations, and even bought us new tires. The car is running great and we couldn't be happier. Couldn't fix a problem in 3 visits Took my 2016 Camaro in three times for a problem with the radio and the defroster. First time I took it in to power, the service manager informed m Took my 2016 Camaro in three times for a problem with the radio and the defroster. First time I took it in to power, the service manager informed me the car was working as designed and there were no problems. The second time I took it into Power they acknowledged a problem, reprogrammed the radio and AC motors, and told me it was fixed. Took it back yet again, and they kept my car for 10 days. In ten days of looking, and supposedly calling a GM field rep out to look at my car, the give it back to me again telling me there is no problem. By the way, during the ten days they had my 5 month old Camaro they gave me a 2013 Chrysler 200 that ran like crap. A freaking Chrysler, talk about ticking me off....... I take the car in to Primasing Motors in Lebanon. Need my first service, so I figured while the car was there, I'd ask them to look at the issues I have been having. They tell me when I come in to get my car that the radio software was out of date so they reprogrammed it. And they found a bad defrost blend motor which was causing the defrost issue.and have ordered it for me. This diagnosis after only two hours! Congratulations Primasing Motors! I will be taking both of my cars there for service from now on and the next vehicles we buy will be from Primasing. More
