Sales amazing - Service Dept not so much Purchasing my new vehicle was a breeze, Rob Lucas took care of me from start to finish and he is the reason I'd give Power Chevy 5stars, unfortunately Purchasing my new vehicle was a breeze, Rob Lucas took care of me from start to finish and he is the reason I'd give Power Chevy 5stars, unfortunately a Rob Lucas doesn't work in their service department which is why I gave them a 3 star rating. First the service department installed the wrong parts on my car, but eventually it was worked out and I was happy with the result. Unfortunately I was disappointed when I took my car in to get an oil change under the service plan. When I had scheduled my appointment I had made note that the shoulder strap button in my Camaro was broken, I also mentioned that the air pressure in my tires were low. So imagine my disappointment when after waiting around for about 45 minutes, I go out to my car and check the tire pressure, and see it is still almost 10 psi lower than it is recommended to be and that the shoulder strap button hadn't even been touched. Needless to say I was less than pleased, I mean jiffy lube at least vacuums out your car, and I didn't buy an almost 30k car at jiffy lube. So I think I'll give the service department one last chance before I change my preferred dealership to a different location. But when I go to buy a truck in a few years if Rob is still there I will definitely be heading back there. So in short Power Chevy is awesome at getting you a new car, but needs improvement in the service department. My suggestions for the service department would be, check the notes on the appointment, top of the car's fluids, vaccum out at least the front seats, check the air pressure of the tires, maybe a car wash, and overall just try a little harder. I like Power Chevy but I don't like the service and product I have received from the service department. More

I then have had my Silverado back in for additional factory options and accessories installed (8" infotainment Center, Backup camera, body side molding, chrome step bars) and they have been courteous and professional and have done outstanding work. David (Service Mgr) and John have gone out of their way to help facilitate all of the upgrades and accessories I wanted. I would gladly refer anybody to Sublimity Power Chevrolet. Scott More
