When Michael alerted me to a minivan that became available, my boyfriend and I only had a part of one afternoon in which we could make the trip to see the van. We loved the van, and it was priced more reasonably than at other dealers. I met Nicole over the Internet asking about a vehicle, that I went and checked out the next day. I wasn't real excited about it, so Nicole showed me some other cars on their website from other power dealers in Oregon. And said to take my time and look over the website to see if I could find anything I wanted to check out, and they would have it brought here for me to see. Just that is very good customer service I think. Well we found one. Something I never thought I could ever own. I had also relayed to her how extremely uncomfortable I get with car salesmen. She connected me with the best salesman I have ever met. I would even consider these two friends. That is how comfortable I felt. They are very personable and fun, and they actually listen. They have gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected. My car had a couple little things that needed fixed, and I was about to go on vacation. So through a lot of trial and error on my part they got me into the perfect loaner car. And when I got back, my beautiful 2008 GMC Acadia was waiting for me, all fixed up and perfect. They were so patient with me, and very accommodating to helping me any way they could. As long as I'm buying cars, I will be buying from power in Corvallis. From Nicole and Clark! More
