Just went to look... service dept has no customer service. we showed up just after they had moved to their new location just to look at a GMC Acadia. I had done a lot of online research and comparing. I'm a we showed up just after they had moved to their new location just to look at a GMC Acadia. I had done a lot of online research and comparing. I'm a sucker for customer service and Josh is very good at what he does. My wife or I had never financed a vehicle before, we are cash out right kind of people. With the help of Josh and Vic and a lot of patience from them too we went home with a brand new Acadia. if you want to be treated with respect then go to power GMC and talk to Josh. I had problems with the service department 2 months after we bought it over a defective part that service dept said was my fault because i installed my own rain deflectors. Josh was happy to drive one over to them from the sales lot that had the same problem. needless to say i wasn't paying to fix the part. After my wife had made 3 appointments i guess just for them to look at it they wanted to squeeze us in on a Saturday when we three sports games to be at that day, and they were not offering and curtsy vehicle. when i went to just xx with Josh and vent about the service dept he was quick to go get us a vehicle to use for the day. After it was all said and done the service dept broke my rain deflector putting back on after the service manager told my wife they would not put it on because its not an official gm part. so i myself went in to make an appointment so they could take off the broken deflector so i could put a new one on. I wasn't really that mad about it until the service manager wanted to argue with me that he told my wife that would happen, and raising his voice at me in front of everyone in the service dept. while I was waiting for them to remove the part they broke i made my way lover to the sales dept to vent some more about the customer service at the service dept. That is when Bill the sales manager told me to bring him a receipt and he would get me a check. thanks for that Bill. Thanks Josh we will see you again when we are ready to buy again. Hands down to the sales dept'you have my business for life. Awesome customer service More

I checked with another dealer and the difference was like night and day - got a real "run-a-round" on the trade in value and the purchase price.
