I had a great experience with Mario and the other employees. The vehicle I was currently driving broke down in front of their lot. They took the time to come out and push my truck out of the road and employees. The vehicle I was currently driving broke down in front of their lot. They were very gracious and took very good care of me and my son. As a single woman I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me or the situation. I was very frazzled and they handled the situation very professionally. customer service was great and they put up with alot as I,m not the best people person. I had a fantastic experience today buying my 2010 Ford Focus from Power Buick GMC of Salem. I wanted to keep my money local when I started to shop for a new car so I decided to give these guys a shot fir Focus from Power Buick GMC of Salem. I wanted to keep my money local when I started to shop for a new car so I decided to give these guys a shot first. It was absolutely the best decision. The salesman, Dan, was knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly: NOT PUSHY. The first question was "Can I help you find something". That summed up my experience with Dan as he spent the entire time trying to help me pick out what I wanted and then worked his tail off trying to get me the best deal. There was some negotiation but in the end I got a fantastic car for a great price, and the trade-in offer was a huge bonus as well. Next, I worked with their finance manager Vick. He was a hilarious guy who really made the process painless and he was also really helpful in picking the right warranty for me. He was a straight shooter and didn't try to BS me about any aspect of the deal. Finally I met Bill who I assume was the store manager. He took some time to shoot the breeze with me and was a really friendly guy. When the store manager takes some time to say hi and introduce himself like that it makes you feel like a valued customer. Bottom line these guys got me a GREAT deal and did it with knowledgeable, friendly service. They've earned a lifetime customer and I'm going to be back the next time I need a car. Henry was by far the best part of the experience for me. He fought to get me a better APR and even lowered the price of the car for me. I have to say I have never been treated better.
