I came in looking for a truck Frank was pretty busy so he helped me as much as he could he also had Jose helping me they got it narrowed down quickly to find a vehicle for my family. I initially went into Power to view a car advertised online which unfortunately had already been sold. I originally was working with Frank, but when I returned to the car lot to view cars, he was not a online which unfortunately had already been sold. Although Jose wasn't aware of my previous conversations with Power, he spent the time to review exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle both in options and pricing. I haven't had to purchase a vehicle in years, and wasn't looking forward to the experience at all, but he made the vehicle search even enjoyable, which I wasn't expecting in the least! The sales support was great; unfortunately, my experience with the Finance Department was not. The Manager did not pay attention to my criteria, and I felt like I was being pushed into a vehicle I was not interested in with a price tag I didn't want. I was misled as to what vehicles were available, and even misled on the pricing. Definitely impressed with the Sales Staff so I would recommend Jose to anyone in the market for a car! More

I am a 3 time return customer to Power Mazda on Hawthorne. I called ahead after scouting several vehicles online. Ken there said come on down we have the ones you want in stock. I did and when I got there none of the vehicles I wanted were there... The salesman kept trying to up-sale me into vehicles I could not afford... so I left dissapointed. Decided to stop at Power Buick GMC on my way home where I was greeted by Mario Batres. Explained the situation to him and he both listened to me and apologized for the other dealer. Mario was not pushy and the key was he listened to me. After hearing what I was after showed me a couple of cars and pulled off a blockbuster deal. I owned 3 vehicles and Mario pulled off a 3 for 2 trade deal... I traded off a 1991 Toyota Tercel, a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan and my 1999 Mazda B 3000 truck and walked away with a 2001 Kia Sprectra and a 1998 Isuzu Amigo. I was amazed by Mario. I saw the Isuzu online and it was at the Lincoln City Store. Mario said no problem and got a driver to deliver the Amigo so I could test drive it and ultimately take it home. Mario saved Power's reputation and kept me as a happy satisfied customer. I have now purchased 5 different vehicles from Power and will hopefully buy from Mario again.
