The salesman, Ryan did not try to pressure us in any direction, he simply answered our questions and showed us the vehicles which met our criteria, not his criteria. He willingly negotiated the price and once agreed, obtained and prepared the vehicle for pick up, all on our promise that the information we provided was accurate and that we would show up to buy the car. When we took delivery of the vehicle, Vic efficiently walked us through the financial process. The vehicle was ready at the time agreed and the delivery process went smoothly.
