Frank was great! He's a stand-up guy and will do anything possible to cater to the customer and make you feel welcome. Anyone shopping at Power Buick should request Frank. Unfortunately, his "substitute" manager took too long for my liking to finalize the deal and appeared upset with me (the customer) when I wasn't willing to purchase all the extra warranties. More

For the most part the experience was good, Frank Roe did a great job. But when Frank called and asked us how we liked our car? I said it is not our car yet. Frank said we got approved a week prior to us tal a great job. But when Frank called and asked us how we liked our car? I said it is not our car yet. I went to trade in my BMW and right off that bat he WASN'T trying to low ball me for a trade. Frank started out by finding me on craigslist. I had my truck up for sale and he contacted me and got a little back round on what I was trying to accomplish. Power was having a mega sale and he suggested t truck up for sale and he contacted me and got a little back round on what I was trying to accomplish. Power was having a mega sale and he suggested that I put it up on consignment. We tried that route and unfortuantly it didn't sell. So Frank gave me some ideas on how I could get into the vehicle I wanted. During this whole time there was no pressure by frank for me to make a decision. He was very friendly and was quick to address any questions and concerns I had. By the end of the deal he found a Honda Pilot, (which we were wanting) that met the specific budget my wife and I were on. We were very pleased with the experience I received with frank. I had gone to another dealership and worked with them for 2 days to try to find a car that worked for my family. All they showed me were cars with high miles and they continued to ask for a lot of money down 2 days to try to find a car that worked for my family. All they showed me were cars with high miles and they continued to ask for a lot of money down and push the payment out of out range. At the end of the second day I decided to call Frank Roe and ask a few questions about what he had at Power Buick GMC. He text me within 30 minutes my options to purchase from him the cars that he had in stock that meet all the needs that I had. I live 45 Minutes from the dealership and the whole deal from the first phone call to the time I made it back home was only about 3 hours. This was the Best car buying experience I have ever had. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. The service was excellent, before and after the purchase. I really appreciated the up front, no nonsense approach. If I had gotten the standard haggling over the prices or the disappearing every 5 minutes to ask the manager's approval, I would have walked away. The service and communication even after the purchase have been second to none. I will definately look to the Power Family the next time I look to purchase a vehicle.
