I give Frank a 5 rating all around! Frank is very friendly and helpful! He was able to find me an affordable payment, a good loan, and a great SUV! I was very closed minded and all I wanted was a car (I went in thinking no acceptions!) but absolutly fell in love with my Saturn Veo and I am completely happy with my SUV. I would recommend going to see Frank over anyone and will definitly take my future business to him. More

Frank Roe was awesome to work with! He was friendly polite and had a great scence of humor! I would strongly recommend him to anybody I know looking for a car. If anyone is looking to buy a new or used car I suggest saying as far away from POWER BUICK GMC on Commerical St Se. as possible.. This is by far the worst company I have ever delt with. Not only do their saying as far away from POWER BUICK GMC on Commerical St Se. as possible.. This is by far the worst company I have ever delt with. Not only do their salesmen lie and falsely misrepresent the vehicles in order to get you to buy it, but be warely that they dont sell you a vehicle that smells like a dead wet animal that may effect your health, if you are sensative like me. They will also make repeated garauntees and promises that they will fail to follow through with and the vehicle may much like the one we got end up smelling like a dead wet chemical covered animal leaving you without a vehicle to drive because despite being told they will cancel the contract they will refuse to honor what they say. They will then try to force and Yes I do say FORCE you to buy a different vehicle but only allow you the option on a vehicle that costs twice as much, yep BAIT AND SWITCH tactics, sell you a cheaper vehicle in order to get you to return it for a much more expensive vehicle, not to mention will refuse to return your trade in and down payment... Beyond all of that they will lure you back in telling you that they can get you into something more reasonably priced and waste several hours of your time and then again TRY TO FORCE YOU TO ACCEPT the vehicle that you guessed it still smells and poses such a health risk that you can not even be near it.. And when you think the fun cant get any better they will try to continue their dishonesty and try to leave it at your house.. So today I am thankful for the OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL, the BBB, and the FTC. Not to mention the attorney that is assisting us with the complaint.. But if you are seriously looking for a vehicle and enjoy this behavior.. please go see POWER BUICK GMC on South Commerical, you can speak to JASON MARTIN, FRANK ROE, HENRY or I am sure that anyone there would be happy to show you their four star treatment. More

I cannot recommend Power GMC of Buick of Salem any higher. Starting with our salesman Frank Roe, he picked up on the fact that I would rather communicate electronically through texting or email as I h higher. Starting with our salesman Frank Roe, he picked up on the fact that I would rather communicate electronically through texting or email as I have a young granddaughter and cannot always get the phone when it rings. Very instinctive, ambitious, young man. He really went the extra mile to get us a great deal on the 2007 Chevrolet HHR that we purchased. We were really pleased with the deal he was able to give us on our trade in. He stayed in contact with me for even a month after our purchase just to make sure that we were still happy with our purchase. Excellent follow up skills. There were a few nit picky little issues with our HHR which are to be expected with a used vehicle. Annoying things like a burned out headlight and a broken switch on the electric mirrors. GMC Buick of Salem completed a large job for us on a piece of our sunroof that needed a part that had to be ordered. Sean Hogan kept me informed about the progress of the part coming in and I really like the fact that he is available to me by phone every time I called. When the part came in I was in need of the courtesy van that they offer their customers. I really must say that the driver of the courtesy van was very very nice and represents your company in a great light. One of your associates named Dena was also very informed on what was going on with our vehicle as we were dealing with several issues at once. I came to Power GMC of Buick of Salem 3 times for things that I needed done and I had my little dog with me and I felt very accommodated and comfortable while I waited. On my last visit to Power GMC Buick of Salem, I came in to get the electric mirror switch fixed and I brought up the issue to Sean Hogan that the car was running rough and the check engine light was on. Now keep in mind that this is almost a full month after my purchase and Sean was willing to help me with that issue right then and there. Dena informed me that there could be a charge for hooking up the computer to the car and it caused me some consternation because we had just made our first car payment and were a little short at that time. In the interest of making sure the car was ok I told Dena to go ahead and do the diagnosis while thinking that my husband was not going to be happy about this. I would like to point out that our family had been going through some troubled times due to a recent suicide in the family and sometimes while going through tough times you get a very jaded view of the world. When Dena came out of the service office and told me that the service department was going to pay for half of the repairs (new spark plugs) and that Frank Roe offered to pay for the other half. I literally had to lower my sunglasses onto my eyes because they had begun to tear. I went out to get into my car and they had also put my license plates on for me and even washed it! When nothing nice has happened to you in a long while and that nice thing comes along unexpectedly it really restores your faith in the world. I will recommend GMC Buick of Salem and Frank Roe to everybody that I can, and my husband and I have decided that we will be using GMC Buick of Salem for all of our maintenance jobs in the future. A huge THANK YOU to the service that we received from a great set of employees and salespersons at this quality service center. More
