The restrooms were trashed . The bikes were not wiped down some had cobwebs on them. The service guy rich was a total snob and talked down to me like i was garbage. I can honestly say this was the worst dealer experience I have ever had. I purchased a used bike from them and was told it would be 3 days before the parts would come in, and I could pick up the bike. I didn have ever had. I purchased a used bike from them and was told it would be 3 days before the parts would come in, and I could pick up the bike. I didn't have a problem with that.. until those days came and passed and I still hadn't heard from them, I had to keep calling to check on when the bike was going to be ready, with poor communication from them. I had finally gotten tired of waiting, and told them I was going to just come and get the bike. When the parts finally arrived (or they just happened to remember me) 2 weeks later, I drove back down for a 3rd time to get the parts. Then after a couple more weeks I get a call from the very rude finance guy (Lee) saying that I had to drive down yet again (4th time) to sign papers, which he blamed on the bank, was extremely rude, talked down to me for the bike I purchased, and never apologized for any of it, keep in mind it's a min hour an a half round trip every time I have to go down there. Save yourself some time, and go to one of the many other and superior bike shops in the area. I will be sure to share this experience with as many people as I can, to save them the headache I've been through. More

Had a warranty issue that other dealers were blowing me off about. One service guy got upset for inquiring. I emailed and Tim answered right away. I sent him a photo and he talked to HD and ensured me it w off about. One service guy got upset for inquiring. I emailed and Tim answered right away. I sent him a photo and he talked to HD and ensured me it would be covered and that they could have the part shipped quickly. He then sent out a courtesy tow to pick it up and got it fixed quickly. Runs great again. More
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a Harley dealership. Was given a trade in price on my bike (after they looked at photos, Vin number, odometer)and a price on a bike I wanted to buy, "g Harley dealership. Was given a trade in price on my bike (after they looked at photos, Vin number, odometer)and a price on a bike I wanted to buy, "guaranteed". Rode 1.5 hrs in the rain to make the deal. Once I got there the sales rep and the management team acted as if the conversation never happened. They wanted more than double what we agreed to on the phone. Went through three sales managers to try to work it out. All three were rude and not willing to listen or help. The sales rep who made the deal over the phone with me blamed his management team every time they walked away for "the confusion on the math". Complete and utter waste of time. Worst customer experience I've EVER had. Tell everyone you know this place is totally dishonest. More
