Customer Service is a big priority here! I actually live much closer to another Honda dealership but make the drive all the way out here for my service work. The service staff is so friendly and accommodating- you can tell management really instills a culture of “customer comes first”. They have a nice waiting area with television and complimentary snacks. They will do the work you need, not the work they want to sell you. I’ve been coming here for four years and my experience has been the same each time - highly recommend, A++ !! More

Service Department Customer Service I always take my 2005 Odyssey to Poway Honda for service, just to set why I am so unhappy with the service I received. I was quoted $47 for the oil change which is an okay amount. The problem came when I went to pay for the service. The cost was suddenly over $60. The cashier told me to go chase down the service writer--why should I chase the service writer? She did it and the service writer "didn't catch" that the mechanic had put in the wrong price for the oil. Well, gee. It was resolved in the end. I am basically piggy-backing my last experience onto this one. Two bad experiences in a row start to show a pattern. The last time i was in was for service and a repair--catalytic converter. The service writer asked (after the diagnosis was done) if I wanted the car repaired. When the engine light is on, what did she think? It got worse. She didn't tell me that the part had to be ordered--thank heavens for the free rental car--until she called later in the afternoon to give me status. The next day, when I went to get my car, I was told it was out front so I looked all over for my car. No, I wasn't escorted out or treated like a customer who had just plopped down close to $1,000 in repairs. My car was finally found in the back lot. No apologies, nothing. I have severe arthritis in my knees and doing the kind of walking trying to find my car increased my pain level to where I was almost in tears. At this point, I am ready to move my service business to another Honda dealer and I have been quite blunt that that is how I feel. More

Finally a dealership with nothing to hide Wife and I found this dealership with nothing to hide. They were up front and honest with pricing. They made sure we were taken care of with two small Wife and I found this dealership with nothing to hide. They were up front and honest with pricing. They made sure we were taken care of with two small children. Doc was the main reason we even drove two hours to the dealership. We received the car we wanted with a better package and a better price. We are very happy with the purchase. The finance manger that helped us was great! He helped us get the best rate we could. We left with a car we have been searching for since April except better! More

He gave me an outrageous quote so I figured if I'm gonna spend that much let me bring it to the dealer for piece of mind. Poway Honda diagnosed it and not only was it less expensive but I was told that whatever the private person diagnosed was a wrong diagnosis. I save my time my money great service and my car was washed. My service advisor made the experience very comfortable for me. Excellent guy!! More
