Unfortunately, I totaled my car right before the holidays and was urgently looking for a new car. I started with requesting an online quote from Poway Honda and got quick response from my sales rep, Daniella and was urgently looking for a new car. There was only 1 car left on the lot in the exact color and model I wanted but it was a 2024 instead of a 2025. Since the offer sounded good I came in to take a look at it. The whole buying process was a breeze compared to the 1st time I bought a car. Daniella was very sweet and understanding of my situation. She worked with me and did whatever she could to help me get the car. The finance manager did convince me to buy some extra packages that I now feel is not too necessary but he really didn’t get aggressive or try to pressure me into it at all. I really do appreciate that. Since the 2024 model had a recall I didn’t have a choice but to leave me my car behind. I was not informed of this before I came. Bought the car Friday and didn’t get to pick up my car until Tuesday. Came to pick up the car and the gas was not pumped full so I had to wait on that. Gift bag that was promised on Friday was not prepared and was asked to come by another day if possible. The car was picked up around 6:30 pm so it was already dark outside. I realized the next morning that the car wasn’t even washed after being serviced for me. Besides all the little things that could’ve been done before I came I had a pretty good experience. More
