In fact, I did not even go to any other dealer when I was purchasing two new cars. It is a pleasure, and also comforting, to deal with people that you trust, and with people that truly treat you as a customer; friendly, respectful, and extremely helpful. Note: I am retired after a 30 year career in Marketing with IBM, and I am very conscious of customer relationships. More

The team of men and women there are always trying to help and make you feel welcome. Service is excellent with the mgr Jimmy and the service people like Charlie And Janice. Fran the manager of Poughkeepsie Nissan is EXCEPTIONAL.... The salesman and women of Nissan are also great.I would only recommend Poughkeepsie Nissan to buy your new car besides the fact that Nissan makes great running and looking cars.... More

They always go the extra mile when I bring my car in, no matter what service is required. I'm kept informed on what needs to be done, cost, and how much time it will take to fix the vehicle. I'm never disappointed when I leave "the shop." And no matter how many times I call or questions I have, I'm always treated with the utmost respect. Over the years I have owned 16 cars (the last 6 of which I purchased at Poughkeepsie Nissan) and dealt with numerous sales/service personnel. Today is 03\27\08 just picked up 2006 Frontier from dealer for 30,000 mile service I got charged for wiper blade replacements and never recieved them. 2 weeks ago before I took a trip to NC I took truc dealer for 30,000 mile service I got charged for wiper blade replacements and never recieved them. 2 weeks ago before I took a trip to NC I took truck in for oil change. When I got to North Carolina I found the oil pan drain plug out about 3/8 of an inch. I only found it because of an oil spot on the driveway. I have found a rag in my engine compartment. They still haven't found the sqeeking noise I hear everytime I go over a bump. I will never buy another Nissan from them. The sales dept was very good. to bad the service dept is who you deal with most of the time. I will be writing the CEO of the company. I may stand in front of their dealership with a sign. More
