Originally worked up a monthly payment of less than 300.00 on a used vehicle. Within four days of getting the run around, him not returning calls and general poor follow-up, the payment had skyrocketed 300.00 on a used vehicle. Took 2009 Nissan Maxima in for oil change and update of navigation system. Arrived at 8:30am. Was there until 3:30pm if you can believe that! Total incompetents!!! no one knew how to install update and k navigation system. Arrived at 8:30am. Was there until 3:30pm if you can believe that! Total incompetents!!! no one knew how to install update and kept giving me a stroke job the whole time! You would think that they would at least throw in the oil change for nothing considering that I was there the entire day! NO! This is the absolute worst service center I have ever been to and I will never bring my vehicle here again! And I will tell everyone I know to never even think about buying a car here! I am definitely writing a letter to Nissan Headquarters! More

In fact, I did not even go to any other dealer when I was purchasing two new cars. Nissan was an afterthought for me. I was on my way to Toyota down the road and stopped in. Low pressure sales was a plus and after visiting 4 dealers in one day, welcomed. The sales staff was friendly and helpful and we worked together to get a good deal for all. I haven't used service yet, but as I waited for my car to be prepped, I went into the waiting room and asked those waiting what they thought. I told them I saw these low ratings on this site. They didn't agree. One man said he bought 6 Nissans all from this dealer and he thought service was great. Ivan went out of his way to be helpful. Kevin was knowledgeable and low pressure. Paul made the deal go through quickly and thoroughly. Thank you. The only reason customer service got a 4 is getting a message through can be a bit of a hassle. More
Today is 03\27\08 just picked up 2006 Frontier from dealer for 30,000 mile service I got charged for wiper blade replacements and never recieved them. 2 weeks ago before I took a trip to NC I took truc dealer for 30,000 mile service I got charged for wiper blade replacements and never recieved them. 2 weeks ago before I took a trip to NC I took truck in for oil change. When I got to North Carolina I found the oil pan drain plug out about 3/8 of an inch. I only found it because of an oil spot on the driveway. I have found a rag in my engine compartment. They still haven't found the sqeeking noise I hear everytime I go over a bump. I will never buy another Nissan from them. The sales dept was very good. to bad the service dept is who you deal with most of the time. I will be writing the CEO of the company. I may stand in front of their dealership with a sign. More
We had a bad experience with this dealership. We went in to purchase a 2006 350Z. They gave us the run around about locating the model we wanted. We eventually special ordered a car. we waited four and a to purchase a 2006 350Z. They gave us the run around about locating the model we wanted. We eventually special ordered a car. we waited four and a half months and they still did not have a vin number or location of the car. They had no evidance that the car exsisted. The deal was a loss for them as well as nissan, as we will never purchase another nissan again. More
