Mike did not pressure me at all when deciding what vehicle to get, which I am very grateful for. It made my experience alot more pleasurable, less stressful and reassuring. It was a pleasure to work with Mike Wirth and GM Fran. Even after buying the car any questions or concerns I have Mike still is as patient, knowledgeable and attentive addressing them just as when I first bought the car! All my Nissan's over the years have been bought at Poughkeepsie Nissan and with Mike Wirth as the salesman! Wouldn't go anywhere else! From my very first Nissan in 2006, every experience exce I've been doing business at Poughkeepsie Nissan for 11 years and have yet to be disappointed. From my very first Nissan in 2006, every experience exceeds the previous one. My salesman Michael Wirth has taken the time over the past 10 years to get to know me personally as well as my likes and dislikes. We have developed a very good Business and Personal relationship. This to the point that at times when I am not sure what I want, Michael has already thought about the things that would fit my needs and makes very good solid recommendations. He has always provided me with top-notch service. Never any sales pressure or gimmicks. Just facts and good information in order to help me make a good well educated decision on the purchase or lease of a new car. As I am entering into retirement, I had two cars I needed to combine into one. I had a 2015 Nissan Altima as a lease, and I owned a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. Trying to figure out what my needs would be as I enter into retirement, it was hard to decide whether to go with a sedan or an SUV. It's amazing how my salesman Michael knows what I want or need, sometimes before I do. I told him I was in the day before and had a discussion with the general manager Fran Pomerico. Feeling uneasy about what to do as far as a purchase or lease in retirement, it was nice to be able to sit down with Fran and get a very unbiased opinion and advice from someone I've grown to trust in the Auto industry. His insight and advice were very helpful in making my decision. Having owned two Nissan Rogue's previously, I knew that they were very reliable and dependable, and would give me the versatility and utility that I would need. I decided on leasing a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL with SL Premium and Platinum package. It's only been 5 days, but I'm already in love with the car and very happy with my decision. The day I needed to pick up the new car, Michael offered to drive my second car back to the dealership. Talk about going the extra mile for the customer. A perfect example of wonderful customer service. I could never think of having a different salesman or going to a different dealership for any of my new car needs. As an added piece of mind, i have come to trust and appreciate the service area. All the service advisors are very attentive efficient quick and expedient. They are always very polite friendly kind and courteous. This is truly a great car ownership experience with all the right elements rolled up into a nice package. More

Make sure you check what you buy THEY LIE TO SELL!! I went to get a 2017 Nissan Sentra S I told the sales guy (TOM) that I wanted 3 things on my car Manual Transmission, Back up Camera and the Bluetooth I went to get a 2017 Nissan Sentra S I told the sales guy (TOM) that I wanted 3 things on my car Manual Transmission, Back up Camera and the Bluetooth for my phone and my music" I told him I hate cables around my care and I was a MUST to have Bluetooth. He showed me the turbo tht has everything but it was a little to expensive. He showed me the Sentra S he said has everything but the near camera I said ok I want it. I took my car and everything came back the next day my car has no Bluetooth for music. Not even 24 hrs that I made the purchase the General Manager (John) said he can't give me my money back because I already drove the car not even 24 hrs !!! I been trying to get my money back but they don't want to do it because they too lazy to do paperwork. General manager told me you want what you want and things doesn't work like that EXCUSE MEEE IS MY CAR I WANT WHAT THE GUY PROMESSED ME THE CAR HAD! My advice to everybody here is to doble check the car because they do whatever to get the sell but the one who's going to be dealing with the car you don't want is you BECAREFULL with this dealership! More
