Work not done, but charged nevertheless. Went in for oil change & tire rotation. Tires were not rotated. Not even the air pressure was checked. I know because I always leave a mark on the tires to check people's honesty. In Miami, that's become a necessity. Guess what? This dealer's service dept. failed that test. Makes you doubt whether the oil was even changed at all. My advice: Have a way to verify any service done and avoid this dealership because they failed my honesty test. Being friendly is never a sign of honesty. More

Excellent Willie did an awesome job. I was able to resolve a concern I had since I brought the car. He figured out the problem ordered the parts and got my car Willie did an awesome job.
