I have brought my car at this dealer for 3 yrs and yesterday was the first time I had the most horrible experience. 1. this guy (Jorge Ray) handed paperwork to sign and there was a paper with a recal yesterday was the first time I had the most horrible experience. 1. this guy (Jorge Ray) handed paperwork to sign and there was a paper with a recall that I refused to sign as he didn't say a word about it. I had to go and look for an answer and on top of this when I got my car I smelled gas like never before and I though it was normal but as I kept driving the car felt different like shaky and heavy. 2 hrs later I smelled like burning and I stopped at a light to check if it was my car and I saw smoke coming out, I rushed to get my mother and I out of the car and the car literally exploded. Total negligence, and the worst is now dealing with the problem alone because when I called this guy... of course the guy said is not their fault. He didn't even made an effort to provide any help or guidance. DO NOT BUY CARS HERE, this place have changed a lot, new employees that are not professional. I'm curious that only the good reviews are up in this platform. beyond dissapointed. More
