Not maintaining the word of a quote given over a phone for a new car. They said it was an honest mistake but did not do anything to fix the mistake. I have been reading reviews about this dealer and are not good. I went to Braman after a telephone conversation about the price of a 2013 Santa Fe 2t Leather Premium and got it for $2,000 less than the best price on any dealer in south Florida. Braman people were extremely professional , we only had to deal with just one person. Braman does not have the usual stupid negotiation of going back and forth with managers that most 99% of dealers have including Potamkin. The total process took less that 2 hours!!!!! I would like to Recommend Braman Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car. I Love the Santa Fe 2013 2t. Call Michael Fernandez at Braman if you want the best price for a Hyundai in South Florida and maybe in the whole US. More
