I loathe buying cars, however this was probably the best and easiest experience I’ve had with purchasing a vehicle. I appreciate the ease of making an appointment with Jasmine as well as the traffic navigation she gave us getting to the location as we are not from that area, and that she verified that the car was on the lot before we started our drive. I also appreciate Cedrick’s demeanor, as he was straight forward and not pushy like you’d expect from a salesman, while giving great information about the car. It kept the stress out of the buying process. More
They will lie to you about interest rates to get you to use Toyota Financial. I purchased the RAV4 on 24 JUN 22. The purchase was slightly longer than my normal experience from other Toyota and Lexus dealerships. The process was average. However, I am very unsatisfied with the dealership because the purchase was financed, and I had to unblock my credit rating on three separate occasions because the finance department didn't complete the credit check on the two previous occasions. On the third credit check, Carlos (one of the dealership managers) promised me he would give me a cargo net as compensation for the inconvenience of three separate credit checks. At the time of the promised cargo net, I was informed by Carlos that the item was on backorder. I was informed that Laekynn would be the one to contact me once the cargo net arrives to the dealership. As of today, 5 Oct 22, I have not received any contact from the dealership about the cargo net. Also, on 4 Aug, I was informed by the dealership to come to the dealership on 5 Aug and a cargo would be given to me. On 5 Aug, my wife came to dealership and waited more than 60 minutes and no cargo net was provided to her. She was informed by Ferdinal that he would look for a net. However, we never provided the net when my wife was at your dealership waiting. Therefore, once she stayed there for over 60 minutes and no response, my wife departed the dealership extremely unhappy. We are unhappy with this service! Our last seven purchases of new vehicles have been Toyota/Lexus products (1998 Lexus ES300, 2000 GS300, 2008 LS 400, 2017 LS 460, 2013 Toyota Highlander, 2014 Toyota Highlander, and 2022 RAV4). I have been loyal to Toyota, but I am sincerely considering looking elsewhere for new vehicles. More
Worst service I have ever dealt with in my ENTIRE LIFE! I purchased EVERY warranty offered and EVERY time I come to get an oil change it takes 4+ hours (and yes I SET AN APPOINTMENT EVERY TIME)! I watch my car go up and down 3 times, each time the service advisor walks around for 30 minutes laughing with his friends. I call the front desk and am sent to several voicemails to leave a message. Call back and KELSEY yells out how she doesn’t want to deal with me any longer. I text and call the advisor NO response. 4 HOURS of waiting in their wait area for my PREPAID oil changes. Even longer when I had to use my Tire Warranty (purchased from Toyota) NEVER WILL EVER GO BACK! More

My second experience with Post Oak was completely different from my initial experience. Although my first visit left more to be desired, my second was really stellar. No xxxxxxxx and were straight shooters with me.
