Problems with BOTH Hudiberg Sales AND Auto Service Last June we bought a low mileage Toyota from Hudiberg. It was a great deal and the car has been running perfectly. However, every promise the sales Last June we bought a low mileage Toyota from Hudiberg. It was a great deal and the car has been running perfectly. However, every promise the salesman and the service manager made to us during the purchase they both failed to keep. One example is the salesman promised to have all the fluids checked and the Oil and Filter changed. After purchase, for the next two days while driving to work,, when the care reached normal temperature driving range a 'over heating' warning was displayed, when the motor thermostat opened. This is an indication of LOW coolant fluid. We checked and sure enough the coolant was almost a half gallon low, proof that they DID not check the coolant as promised prior to sale. Furthermore, 5,000 miles later when the "Need Maintenance reminder appeared, we took it to a licensed oil change business, for a routine Oil and Filter change. They told that they had discovered that the filter and the oil drainage plug had been previously screwed on improperly with POWER WRENCH! Therefore they were unable to change our filter or oil. We had to take the care to a regular licensed Auto Mechanic, and pay his hourly rate of $90 per hour to get the Oil and Filter changed. The filter was crewed on so tight that we had to also purchase a $45 filter cap, because the old one was screwed on so tight it had to be destroyed in removal. Our Advice: Don't buy an car or most certainly DON"T take your car for service at Hudiberg! More

Empty guarantees and Thieves Daughter knew which car she wanted to look at. She emailed a salesperson to make arrangements for a drive. Person said car would be ready out front. Told the person we had financing already and just wanted to do paperwork and get out. Person insisted and guaranteed it would take less than an hour to get out the door. It did not. It was an hour before we got in to talk to the finance guy who was the only good thing about this terrible dealership. When I told the sales person he had 10 minutes left he said that he was done with what he had to do so his guarantee was over. I reminded him that it was an out the door guarantee and told him that it was garbage and don't make guarantees you can't back up. The sales person also asked for my insurance card for my vehicle which was not part of the transaction and I never got it back. I asked for it back several times and finally just left cause I could get another one. Then after she signed the papers he wanted to keep the car my daughter just bought to detail it and told us we could come get it next week sometime. She declined and we left. I never got my insurance card back. I won't be back any time soon. Only gave two stars cause the finance person was pretty good. The sales person was a lying shady thief. More
