Bought a new 2023 Venza with extended warranty and service package. Bobby in finance told me he got me a good deal on ceramic coating, but when I got home and looked at my paperwork was charged for a service package. Bobby in finance told me he got me a good deal on ceramic coating, but when I got home and looked at my paperwork was charged for a clear bra, which was already on the car from factory. Service department called me twice trying to schedule an appointment to have a clear bra put on and I told them it was already on. After multiple calls with no response from the dealership and multiple messages left, I finally called my salesman Patrick, and he told me he spoke with a manager, and I was supposed to get my money refunded. Waited several weeks with no refund. Tried for two months to contact management or someone in finance, left multiple messages and made multiple phone calls with no one returning my call. Finally had to file a complaint with Toyota Financial. Called the dealership again, and finally got to speak with Hamilton, who assured me that within a week, i would have the money credited back to me, and to this date, I’m still waiting. Worst experience I have had at any car dealership and I have bought multiple new vehicles in the past. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
First off I didn’t even want to give this dealership a 1star on the rating scale but it wouldn’t let me give a review without giving a rating This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership 1star on the rating scale but it wouldn’t let me give a review without giving a rating This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership Started with Chris ( salesman) Ended up with Jamal ( finance office) I can’t warn you enough if you want to find out yourself go for it But I would go to Fowler Toyota or go thru your bank this place is a joke they will tell you things that are impossible and ignore you anyway possible after sale call the actual Toyota Financial Center and they will give you advice on your local Toyota dealerships and give you options on what is best for you They opened my eyes on this dealership ( Post Oak Toyota ) and said that I was not their only customer complaint But they will give you good advice on what is your better dealerships in Oklahoma very helpful More
Horrible experience. I was loyal to Post Oak Toyota until this year (2023). I had such an abysmal time purchasing my 2021 Camry, I will never buy from them again nor reco I was loyal to Post Oak Toyota until this year (2023). I had such an abysmal time purchasing my 2021 Camry, I will never buy from them again nor recommend Post Oak to anyone. I paid the full asking price ($19,600) for the vehicle and was asked to return about 3 days later to pick it up after a detailing and window tinting. When I arrived, the car's battery was dead. They had to jump it. Then, they tried to fill the tank with gas, but it would not accept more than 30-seconds of gasoline at a time. After spending 15 minutes trying to get a quarter of a tank into the car, they sent me on my way and said to bring it back if the same thing happened at a different pump in the future. So I left, but a few days later, I realized they let me leave the lot without attaching a paper tag to the car, which is illegal. The gas tank continued to malfunction and the battery seemed close to dead. So, I called them back, as requested, but they abandoned me at that point. I was shuffled between multiple sales team members for weeks until a gentleman in the service department finally took pity on me and helped. They replaced the gas tank and battery but offered me nothing for the time I lost and stress caused by their sloppy business process. It's clear they ran no inspection on this car prior to selling it to me, even though they promise a multi-point Quality Assurance Inspection. Do not trust this dealership or the sales team. More
Very poor experience. I talked to Wisdom at Post Oak for a few days about a truck I was interested in. I had several questions because I live 2 hours drive from dealership I talked to Wisdom at Post Oak for a few days about a truck I was interested in. I had several questions because I live 2 hours drive from dealership. We set up a time and day to look at a 2020 Tacoma. After finally arriving at the dealership, I was walked to the used lot. The truck was extremely dirty. The truck was sitting on a flat dry rot tire. They said they would wash the truck and then they inflated the tire. We go to take the truck on a test drive, the truck would not start! Hours later I am about to take a test drive when wisdom tells me I cannot take the truck on the highway because it is not currently safe for highway travel due to rotten tires. This is a 2020 truck, not a 1980? At this point I’m 90% sure I will not buy the truck, but I’m willing to look at numbers since I had already done the credit application prior to making the long trip. Wisdom tells me my credit came back at 724 and I am approved no problem at all. He tells me I will have to finance $32,000 after my down payment and that at 78 months my monthly payment would be $768 a month. Now I’m upset and shocked. 32000 at only 72 months and 9% is only $580. I ask to see the math breakdown because I want to know how he got those insane numbers. Wisdom informs me that he is only a salesman and he can’t get the breakdown until I sign an agreement to purchase the truck. Now I’m just very upset and want to leave. I tell him sternly to give me my keys and that I’m leaving. Then wisdom gives me a hard time and is reluctant to give me my key. So I have to get extremely stern and very demanding and a little loud. Get my key! He disappears for about 5 minutes comes back with my key in his hand and try’s to talk more. I’m not even listening and hold out my hand, but he still does not hand me my key. I had to physically take his wrist with one hand and pry my key out of his hand. Stay away from these poor customer service crooks! They are extremely dishonest and do not care for their customers at all. Now they text and email me everyday because they lost an approved sale. Stay away from Post Oak and their sales team!! More
Post Oak has been helpful but this will be my last Toyota. This truck has been nothing but issues since I purchased it. Initi initially, I was excited however that soon past. This truck has had a plet Toyota. This truck has been nothing but issues since I purchased it. Initi initially, I was excited however that soon past. This truck has had a plethora of issues, ranging from faulty speakers, headliner issues, wind, noise, driver, side windows, needing the tracks, replaced immediately after purchase, whistling noise, coming from the air conditioning, seats that had trim, that would get bound up and pop, whenever moved, seat back makes a weird cracking and popping sound when you sit in it, i’m sure I’m leaving some things out. I purchased this truck roughly 2 months ago. The dealership has had it in their possession equally as long as I have. Yet I continue to have to make the payments on a subpar vehicle. I contacted Toyota corporate I was told that I would have a call the next day, that never happened. Followed up the following day with another representative, I was told by the end of the week that I would have a call. that two never happened. Spoke to Toyota corporate yesterday was told that I will have a call on Monday, I can only assume I will not get a call on Monday as well. I used to be a loyal Toyota customer however, I cannot wait to get rid of this truck. This will most likely be the last Toyota product that I ever purchased just based off of poor Quality. This is not a shot at the dealership as they are doing whatever they can to try to make this right. I’m just very unsatisfied with my purchase. A $70,000 truck should not have this many issues. Worst purchase I have ever made More

Worst service I have ever had the service manager told me I need spark plugs and tech would have to remove the plenum because it covers the plugs. And the water pump was leaking lucky for me the water pump i I need spark plugs and tech would have to remove the plenum because it covers the plugs. And the water pump was leaking lucky for me the water pump is under warranty. When my car was ready for pickup I decided to look under the hook I pulled the cover off top of the head. Wow my car was not manufactured with a plenum. I could see all four spark plugs and they charged me for two hours labor to change four spark plugs for a total of 379.98 if I had known there was no plenum blocking the plugs I could have changed them in less than one hour. They don't deserve the one star I gave them. There is more but I will stop for now. I will never going back there. I traded the car off I don't won't any thing that came from there. More
Over a week after purchasing from them, promises have not been kept, I’ve been mislead multiple times, and phone calls and emails have gone ignored. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. been kept, I’ve been mislead multiple times, and phone calls and emails have gone ignored. Insultingly poor service after the sale. Do not expect this dealer to comply with the terms of the sale even with a signed agreement. Buyer beware! Do not expect this dealer to comply with the terms of the sale even with a signed agreement. Buyer beware! More
