Because I had a good experience with a truck (Hudiburg sold to me over 20 years ago), it wasn't difficult to become a repeat customer. Additionally, regular maintenance (such as fluid and filters, etc) should be accomplished conveniently, as Hudiburg is near my workplace. A new item not experienced 20 years ago... I reviewed and shopped for my vehicle on reputable websites (rather than driving to many nearby dealerships). The location of the reliable vehicle I had in mind, included Hudiburg Toyota. I added some notes to a webpage and was contacted the following day by Ms Bell, who explained the features of the new vehicles - safety, convenience and capability took center stage. She's knowledgeable about her product and lets it speaks for itself, only needing to interject her opinions backed by facts about the product. She's not going to try to overrun you with cheeseball sales tactics but instead will listen and get you the car you need. Her approach is honest and the numbers she presented were in-line or better than most of the market. Best of all she knew how to speak to the numbers and any questions I had. More
