With the exception of the customer acquisition rep this company is pathetic when it comes to customer service. They are atrocious when it comes to returning calls and keeping customers informed on vehicle company is pathetic when it comes to customer service. The utter lack of respect and common courtesy is appalling. It’s not hard to be a person of your word. I have been waiting on a vehicle that was promised 3 weeks ago. I understand they have no control of the transportation process but they do have control of empty promises and keeping customers up to date with delays. More than 3 times I have I been told I’ll call you back and then nothing. I even called to cancel my vehicle purchase to buy from another dealer and they never got back to me. The market will change but terrible service will be remember. Unless something drastic happens I will never buy from Post Toyota and definitely not recommend them! More

Mark in service today was fantastic. I was in for part recall which was repaired in half the time I expected. Mark also went over service needs for my Corolla, explaining which were most important.
