Customer Service Not What it Used to Be! I've been a customer since 2004. Until yesterday, I've always been treated well. But last experience on 3-21-17 was not good. First, although it was e I've been a customer since 2004. Until yesterday, I've always been treated well. But last experience on 3-21-17 was not good. First, although it was evident the repair might possibly take longer than one day, I was not offered a loaner car. I had to request one. This has never happened before! Obviously repair tech did not check operation of vehicle after repair. Car began malfunctioning in same way as before repair was done. Returned next day with car and 3 hours later it was properly repaired and tested. Although I understand these things happen on occasion, not once did anyone ever say "I'm sorry" or "I'm sorry for your inconvenience." Those simple words would have gone a long way in making me feel better about the hassle of losing most of two days of my time dealing with this. Also, compared with what my research found that other shops charge for this same repair and parts, I was charged roughly twice the amount others charge. I'm very disappointed in the decline in customer service here, and will be taking my business somewhere else going forward. More

Car not as advertised I wasted a day of my life and several hundred dollars to travel to Tulsa and buy a car that was listed on the website as having little to no wear. When I arrived, the car had HUNDREDS of paint chips on the front bumper and hood, as well as a few significant chips with dents. They acted like I was being picky expecting the car to be in almost new condition as advertised. The used car manager even had the nerve to say, "Well, it is a used car." Since I had traveled to purchase the car, I wanted it painted and delivered to me, but they were not willing to do this. The internet sales manager was trying to convince the GM and the owner to do what I requested. They were very difficult to deal with and obviously not concerned about the time and money that I had spent to travel there to purchase the car. I left without buying the car. More
Car shopping was a pleasant surprise! I can't believe that car shopping was actually a great experience! I called ahead before I went to Don Carlton Acura and Lisa answered the phone. Sh I can't believe that car shopping was actually a great experience! I called ahead before I went to Don Carlton Acura and Lisa answered the phone. She knew a lot about the MDX that I was looking at, and she even pulled the exact car that we discussed up to the front of the dealership before I got there! We took a ride in the MDX and she even demonstrated the super handling all wheel drive on our test drive. The test drive impressed me and then I told her that my husband would come back to talk about the money part of the deal. She didn't pressure me, but instead gave me information to take to my husband. When we returned to discuss numbers we had our two year old daughter. Lisa had toys in her office to keep Olivia busy. When Olivia got upset, Lisa gave us time to calm her down while we arrived at a figure and decided on accessories. After we signed all the paperwork, we had added things to the car that the dealership still had to put on. John, the General Manager came and thanked us for our business. We returned the next day to pick up our 2014 MDX!! Lisa was not in her office, but John came out and greeted us again and let Lisa know we were there. Overall, this was the most relaxing experience we have ever had buying a car! It was easy on our family life and easy with the dealership. I picked out what I wanted and my husband was happy with the purchase process, he didn't even have me drive anymore cars once I knew that the MDX was for me. What I liked about this whole experience (besides getting a new car) was that Lisa respected our time before we even met, while we were in her office (when Olivia threw her fit), and in scheduling the extras on our car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and we felt comfortable throughout the whole time. Thank you!!! More
