The first was through internet sales and after multiple tries and no one ever calling me back, I Gave Up! This time I selected a car on the lot and everyone in sales was busy, I asked the sales manager personally to call me after lunch with some numbers on the new car to see if we could put a deal together. Never recieved a call! I then called again later that day and left the sales manager a message. Indicating my interest in the car and again asking him to call me. TODAY WE ARE PUT SHOPPING MERCEDES, AUDI, BMW AND LEXUS. UNFOROTUNATE AFTER BUYING 3 MDX’s FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, IMAM FO CD TO SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR MY NEXT SUV. More
Oil change Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Within 15 minutes if sitting down in waiting lounge, Donny came and said that an alignment was recommend Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Horrible service I cannot begin to say how disappointed we were with this dealership today. We traveled 2.5 hrs after making an appointment to see a very specific car I cannot begin to say how disappointed we were with this dealership today. We traveled 2.5 hrs after making an appointment to see a very specific car (2016 Acura MDX Advance $35k). We did all of our prework with Katelynn and Brennan, to include financing lined up, to make sure we could come home with this car. We have very busy schedules. We were told it was detailed and certified since it was a newly received car. They sent pictures to us that DID NOT include the large scratch on the driver seat and a large fender scratch that had been painted over. The car was not detailed and dirty inside. I am in shock with the unprofessionalism and poor customer service that include completely wasting our time. There wasn’t even an apology from a manager. Out of town buyers beware. More
