New to the area, I brought my 2007 Aspen to Posner for a checkup and oil change. I brought it back the next day for their full detailing service. They did a beautiful job cleaning it inside and out, inclu checkup and oil change. I brought it back the next day for their full detailing service. My SUV looks and smells like new and it's running great. Cindy Smith is amazing -- she runs the service area smoothly and efficiently, and is effortlessly congenial. To the folks who performed the detail work -- thank you so much! And I'm equally grateful to those who performed the maintenance work. Well done. The waiting area is very comfortable, and I noted that Cindy and the techs provide the waiting customers with status -- very important to me. Because I had such a long wait, they provided a courtesy shuttle to the plaza just down the street -- the driver was so nice and definitely committed to his work (I am embarrassed that I forgot his name, but I think it was Danny? I felt like they really care about their customers...I will be getting all of my future services there...will be returning to get my door handle fixed, etc. More

We had a brake light coming on sporadically. They said we needed a new master cylinder and all the hoses replaced - after $1300 and two days it leaked.
