Bad experience. I took my 2004 Dodge Dakota in for it's first tranny flush and was told they don't change the transmission filter which is recommended on any trann I took my 2004 Dodge Dakota in for it's first tranny flush and was told they don't change the transmission filter which is recommended on any tranny flush. I went ahead and had an oil change done as well. 3000 miles later, I go and do an oil change myself and found that due to the previous oil change done by Posner Park, my oil cap was put on incorrectly and I was lucky to even get off. On top of that, my oil drain plug was on so tight that I ended up stripping the drain plug bolt. I did finally get it off and when I moved to the oil filter, the filter was not as tight as I think is should have been. I called to speak to a service manager who was not there at the time and left my name and number to ask questions and I am still waiting. I am not even sure that I got my tranny flush now. Even though I paid for it. I would not recommend this place for servicing due to the poor service. And they call themselves a 5 star service department. I did purchase my vehicle from this dealership and the sales department was very nice and helpful. I will rate them a 5 star. More

I was a little dissappointed at check out by the curtness of Melissa. I had been told on a previous visit by another friendly gentleman that you offered Disney Cast Member discount so I just wanted to check and see if I could save additional money because I had purchased new wiper blades as well. I felt like I was inconvencing Melissa by asking. Not a very friendly person. Other than that my experience was great. More

We left Florida for home on the 13th of March and drove to North Charleston, S.C. During our drive, we heard what appeared to be noises from the brakes. We decided to take the car to a dealership in North Charleston and were told we had no front brakes. How Posner Park never noticed this during the multipoint inspction and the tire rotation is a mystery to me unless of course we paid for something they did not do. This oversight could have caused a serious accident as we were driving to Toronto through the mountains of West Virginia and Virginia. Thank goodness for the Rick Hendricks Dealership in North Charleston. One has to wonder if having an Ontario licence plate was the cause of this shabby work at Posner.. More
Fishing expedition To Mr. Marc Miethammer Dear Sir: Early this year I started doing business with your car dealer and at the beginning, I was served by on To Mr. Marc Miethammer Dear Sir: Early this year I started doing business with your car dealer and at the beginning, I was served by one of your service department associates named Dominguez who, as I said, at the beginning was very helpful and polite. I took my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire for a faulty rear spoiler switch that control the opening and closing of the rear spoiler. After more than a week at your garage and diagnosed by “Miguel” as a faulty switch, the new switch was charged and installed but the issued was not resolved, furthermore, they informed me that in order to change the allegedly faulty switch, they have to brake the front mask plastic panel to get access to the switch panel; Afterwards, they call me to advise that the garage has to find specials tools to take out the car radio so they can change the mentioned switch. But after they broke the front panel, they made me wait for the radio tool to arrive, and finally installed the new switch, and charging more money for each invention, they had a new diagnosis, the spoiler motor was broke and had to be replaced ( over $400.00) extra dollars for the spoiler motor; But unfortunately, the fishing expedition of your mechanical repair department did not stopped there, after realizing that not even with a new spoiler motor they fixed the problem, they dare to declare that a new car computer must be necessary to fix the problem in other words more than $3,000.00 for a new car computer so the car spoiler can come down and up and to work properly. What a lousy, inferior, mediocre job for a Chrysler Dealer where we, the customers, put all our faith, confidence and trust to handle our car problems specially Chrysler cars. How your employees dear to play with the customers and to charge money for an evident “fishing expedition” on a car problem just not to admit the lack of knowledge of the issue. At the end, the car went out of the dealer without fixing the problem when I refused to buy a new car computer as suggested by your intelligent mechanics and after I paid for nothing over $800.00. After arrival from Montreal, Canada I spent a couple of days checking in another mechanical garages for solutions to fix my spoiler problem and also testing the allegedly broken spoiler motor that cost me over $400.00. Places such as Midas, Pep boys and ASAP garages, inspected the broken motor and I have notarized statements of the mentioned establishments affirming that the motor is working properly and in good condition so I have a spare spoiler motor just because your ignorant mechanics; They also fixed the car for only $80.00. I have called Mr. Dominguez for many days to make an appointment for my other Chrysler Dodge 1500 appointment and to talk about this issue but he is too busy to answer my calls and always will call me later but never do. (ask Luis about my calls). Listen Mr. Miethammer, the money I pay to your dealer is not counterfeited or monopoly fake money and it should be worthy to receive a professional and satisfied completed service, furthermore, the trust that we put in a car dealer is like the trust that we put in our medical doctors and not because we are ignorant in car repairing field justify the stealing of our money as a Chrysler Posner customer. Went in to get my free oil change that came wit the car. Even though I like to do my own servicing to check the under side for any possible problems, it seems that your Inspection Sheet did that for me by a Professional. I took my 2011 ram 2500 in for a manafold leak on 2/25/14 they told my it should be done in one day they also told me there was a recall on the tie rod and did I want them to fix also I said sure we where in they told my it should be done in one day they also told me there was a recall on the tie rod and did I want them to fix also I said sure we where in Orlando for Disney by the way so we figured one day with out our truck would be ok.Well that's where we were wrong after I yes I call at the end of the day to find out the status I was told they snapped 2 studs off ok accident and one fell in the head of my engine .Now I was told tomorrow it would be done and no it wasn't . I was told they had to send it out to a machine shop and yes all the communications was me calling them not one update from Tony. So I asked for a loaner Tony told me they don't offer them but he could give me a deal on a rental. Ya I should pay for a rental because they broke my truck . I ask to talk to the service manger Mike after a day of phone tag I gave just wanted to enjoy disney.So day three I call to check and I was told tony was at the mercy of the machine shop meanwhile spending sixty dollars for roudtrp taxi rides to disney three times . Day four Tony calls me around 4 pm tells me my truck is done yaaaaa I said did you fix my tie rod tony says sorry I didn't order the part so I just gave up I went Saterday to pick up my truck it was Saterday no tony no mike just a nice young kid who gave me my keys. I left and stopped to get gas as I looked at my truck there was grease hand prints on the hood and the interior door panels kinda the straw that broke the camels back. So I returned knowing it was Saterday I went in to the sales manager very nice gentlemen he told me mike the service manager would contact me Monday and he did he apologized told me if I wanted to come back down 14 miles away they would clean my truck then he told me he would find me a tie rod and call me by the end of the day The End never heard back yet Tuesday eve I would be out of business if I ran my company like this . I would not recommend there service to any one. I'm sorry that I had to write this but it was just unbelievable how bad the easy repair turn into a nightmare More
I have been coming to this dealership for over a year now, it's where I always get my oil change and have purchased new tires. Back in June 2012 - June 2013 the service was great! I recommended this place to everyone and even when I moved away would drive out of the way to this dealership for my service visits. The service center employees were extremely pleasant and I felt like they truly were looking out for my vehicle and myself. However, the past 2 times that I have come to get my oil change, the service has been mediocre at best. The first visit they were "so busy" they couldn't even print a receipt for me. The most recent visit the staff was unfriendly and I felt like they didn't care and I was more of an inconvenience. I find it extremely important to have a car dealership and service center you trust, and I no longer feel like this is the location for that. I am not sure if there was a management or staffing change in the past 6 months, but it definitely does not feel like the same dealership I used to use. More
Took my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 into Posner to have the pinion nut recall done. The service writer greeted me first thing in the morning as I arrived, had everything in order and was very friendly. He had coffee ready and welcomed me to relax, and I chose to wander the lot for a while, then the showroom. The truck was taken into service right on time. About 1 1/2 hours later, the service tech came in, told me he was done, and explained all he did. Excellent service and an excellent atmosphere. We also took my wife's 2007 PT Cruiser into Posner last year for the lifetime warranty inspection and were equally pleased. More
