Pick up the dam phone had my Jeep Patriot towed to Posner Park Chrysler on a Friday. I called several times on Saturday and nobody would answer the left multiple messages an no return finally called call center and explained everything that nobody would return my call. The call center was able to get a hold of somebody and connected my call the receptionist explain to me that the service department was busy and that if I wanted to know the status of my vehicle I needed to go there in person . On Saturday I arrived at Pozner Chrysler spoke to the service manager here shortly that I would hear from them on on Monday I did receive a phone call from Emory explaining to me what was wrong with my car before the conversation ended he informed me that another vehicle that hit my car I went back to Pozner Park on Monday to look at the damage I had a few questions to ask my first question was I told my vehicle to Pozner Park the tow company told me that it would be $125 to tow my car and I was to pay the driver before they took my car the driver informed me that Pozner Park would pay for the towing and just added to the total price to fix my car so on Monday when I asked them how much they charged for towing they told me they charged $150 I asked why the tow company had a different price I told them I will call the tow company to find out what was going on then they decided to take $50 off the towing bill which brought it back down to $125 I then got my bill which was $1085 and paid for it before the vehicle is fixed I made it abundantly clear that nobody is to work on the body of the car until they speak to my husband or myself I I also explained to them that I was I have no Bondow or any type of filler added to my car emery ashored me that they would call me before they Took my car to the body shop due to damages that occurred while sitting in their parking lot I had my heard anything from ponser iChrysler for four days so I decided to call them again no answer I then intern called the call center they were finally able to get a hold of somebody and I was informed that Posner Chrysler decided to bring my car to an auto body shop and have them put Bondow on my car I tried to contact Pozner Chrysler and again nobody would return my call the receptionist gave me the owner's voicemail I left three polite messages for him to return my call he has yet or not does anybody from Chrysler return my call I will never recommend this place to anybody I hope Pozner reads this and somebody reaches out to me but it's very doubtful they will since they don't even return any phone calls More

slow and expensive I went to the 'express lane' for an oil change at Poser Park Chrysler. My vehicle sat there for almost exactly 1 hour after checking in. Then the oil change began but took almost 40 minutes. I decline the tire rotation, but I guess they still check the air filter - when I drove away the engine was louder than normal -- I thought, they only did an oil change how could they make the engine louder?? then I pulled over and sure enough the engine air filter cover had been left open. I closed it up and carried on. If you are in no hurry, not on a budget, and don't mind correcting their mistakes then you are in luck! More

They offered us a rental car and told us the parts were on order. Before our vacation had ended they had us back on the road with no hassle! LOVE this dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bought a brand new car from these people, within 2 days we had to bring it in for service. After the THIRD visit, car driven less than 600 miles by us, we were forced to pay $1,400 for repairs that "are not covered under warranty"... WHAT??? And to add insult to injury, we opened the hood when we got home and found the repairs we had paid for HAD NOT BEEN DONE!!! When we complained, GM Tony Reeves actually had to nerve to ask us to "take it outside to resolve it"!!! These people are crooks and scam artists!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! More

THE SERVICE WRITER STAYED LATE AND THE MECHANIC ALSO STTAYD LAATE TO GET US ON THE ROAD AGAIN. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THEIR QUICK SERVISE AS WE WERE LEAING THE NEXT DAY ON A TRIP. More

So every time we have gone in for an oil change which we have scheduled with their service department there is always an additional wait because people did not come in to work today. It can't be that every time we went for an oil change people called in or maybe it was just they knew we were coming. So we move to Vermont for a couple years and wind up having to take our car to a dealership in New Hampshire now there we got service that deserves five stars. I certainly wish we were there now. After finding yesterday that our car engine was not turning over we called their service department and they suggested we drive the car in. Starting the car was a mission and driving it was worse. The car has had the main display flickering and the power steering cutting off constantly. Okay so we get to the service department and say what the issue is and leave the car running, if the car gets turned off it won't be starting again without a jump, we make sure to let him know that the car is running. The first thing the service attendant says that it is going to be a long wait. Everything from the first line is negative we tell him that we have the extra service plan and he says he doesn't know about a service plan that was purchased at his dealership! He says he will replace the battery but it is really expensive. So we go into the waiting room and no one touches the running car that is sitting there for 20 minutes, not to move it out of the way or to put it in a spot to be worked on. Waste of time and gas going to try a different service department won't go here ever again. More
BUYER BEWARE Upon hearing a strange noise and seeing a small fluid leak in the driveway in my 2016 Dodge Challenger I brought it up to the Posner Park dealership. Upon hearing a strange noise and seeing a small fluid leak in the driveway in my 2016 Dodge Challenger I brought it up to the Posner Park dealership. After having the car there from 7am-1pm they told me that this car that has less than 7000 miles on it needed: a new transmission, a new condenser, all new hoses and a few other things and were quoting me at $6,000.00. When I asked for a more thorough explanation of how the transmission could possibly be blown they were incredibly vague and insistent that I replace the transmission. Not liking what I was hearing, I drove the car (with a "blown transmission" mind you) 30 minutes up the road to the Clermont Firestone. There they inspected the car and told me that the condenser and 2 hoses did need to be replaced-however they could not understand why Posner Park Dodge would tell me the transmission needed to be replaced-as it was fine. Firestone quoted the repair at 1200. We ended up having the cars condenser and the hoses replaced as suggested by Firestone. THE CAR NOW RUNS GREAT. Unless you have an extra $4,800 laying around to give to this lying, greedy, cheat the customer at any cost dealership go anywhere else. Google maps says I am a 4 minute WALK from Posner Park Dodge. However I will be driving 30 minutes to Clermont anytime my car needs so much as an oil change. TL;DR They maliciously over quoted my repair by nearly $5000. More

After 2 days I needed a truck to do a delivery and they told me that truck is not ready and if I want to get it - I have to pay $300 bill for diagnostics. I refused and asked for GM - when he came out - his name was Tony Reeves - he called me a Thief and told me to never come back. I was stunned together with other people in the room. This guy should be fired. I am not gonna let it go like this - planning to prepare legal actions being taken More
