You decided to take my Pacifica here after taking it to a different dealership for years. Man I sure do wish I would have came here sooner. You should not be pricing people out of repairs. I understand that parts and labor do cost money. However, the amount that I was quoted for my repairs was astronomical compared to competitors. Anthony was our sales person and he did a wonderful job. .. He was pleasent and listened to what we wanted and what we wanted to spend.../ He came up with a few options that just because we didn't go with .. We ended up with the first truck that we looked at... We may have paid a bit more than we originally were planning on, but it wasn't due to a pushy salesman... The General Manager that we dealt with, whose name I can not recall, was helpful with our trade in and the final approval.... all in all it was a pretty good experience, when usually it is all stress...
