Then the oil I went to the 'express lane' for an oil change at Poser Park Chrysler. My vehicle sat there for almost exactly 1 hour after checking in. Then the oil change began but took almost 40 minutes. I decline the tire rotation, but I guess they still check the air filter - when I drove away the engine was louder than normal -- I thought, they only did an oil change how could they make the engine louder?? then I pulled over and sure enough the engine air filter cover had been left open. I closed it up and carried on. If you are in no hurry, not on a budget, and don't mind correcting their mistakes then you are in luck! More

Holly found a beautiful little Corolla for me that was priced good. She made sure it got the checks it needed and the repairs completed at no additional charge to me. . She has been very good at keeping me informed about the progress of my order for the Hybrid Pacifica. Several times I have taken different family and friends to the showroom to see the gas Pacifica, and Holly always patiently shows the car to my family and friends, and takes us for short drives to really get the feel of the SUV. Holly is an excellent salesperson for this dealership. More

Awesome Experience!! Was on vacation when our transmission went out on our mini van. They offered us a rental car and told us the parts were on order. Before our vacation had ended they had us back on the road with no hassle! LOVE this dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bought a brand new car from these people, within 2 days we had to bring it in for service. After the THIRD visit, car driven less than 600 miles by us, we were forced to pay $1,400 for repairs that "are not covered under warranty"... WHAT??? And to add insult to injury, we opened the hood when we got home and found the repairs we had paid for HAD NOT BEEN DONE!!! When we complained, GM Tony Reeves actually had to nerve to ask us to "take it outside to resolve it"!!! These people are crooks and scam artists!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! More

THE SERVICE WRITER STAYED LATE AND THE MECHANIC ALSO STTAYD LAATE TO GET US ON THE ROAD AGAIN. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THEIR QUICK SERVISE AS WE WERE LEAING THE NEXT DAY ON A TRIP. More
