Disappointing inspection but overall great service . This sounds like a contradiction but it’s not. The inspection was so thorough that my car failed because a cracked/broken fender posed a safety ris . This sounds like a contradiction but it’s not. However the person at the body shop wondered why your garage hadn’t done some fix-it thing to actually fix it enough to pass the inspection. More

Email the dealership regarding my wants for a specific vehicles and maximum budget. Every time I got a response they were trying to sell me things that I didn't want like a car instead of a truck and something that was more than 50% over my budget. Been kept on saying come in and we can find you something when are we they don't have what I want in stock. This happened for continuous times by email even after explaining what I need and what I want and the sad part about it is I bought my last vehicle there but will not return when they cannot even communicate and listen to what I need and I am ready to buy at the moment so we'll move on to a dealership who can actually listen to what I need. He obviously needs some training and some job shadowing would somebody overseeing before they lose more new and repeat customers like myself. More
