He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I made an appointment for early the next morning. Matty was right on time, very personable, got the vehicle out for us and sent is on a test drive. When we returned and sat down with him I was prepared for the usual runaround. To my surprise there was no pressure and no typical car salesperson intimidation. The whole process was completed in under two hours - start to finish. The financial person, Jay, got us in and out quickly, but was very thorough at the same time. We were not pressured to purchase any "extras" that we didn't want. I wanted to put off taking delivery for a week - again no problem. They were very accommodating! My German Shepherd was even welcome in the dealership. I would recommend checking out this dealership if you are in the market for a used vehicle! More
