The staff there made buying a car as stress free as possible. Even though my credit isn't the best, they treated me as though I had A+ credit and got me into the vehicle my family wanted. I had my doubts when i first drove in to the dealership because i was afraid i would be turned down for a new car. Well Jared Was at the door and introduced himself and he was very pleasant. The experience at this dealership was wonderful from the minute we walked in. He was not pushy in the least bit, we felt extremely comfortable, which is surprising seeing we are 2 females. Jim treated us with respect, and had no idea my fiancé was meeting us there, but he treated us just as well before he got there. Jim made sure that my friend, who was purchasing the car, was de-stressed, and happy at all times. The finance department was just as nice. I walked into this dealership not knowing quite what to expect. I was greeted by very friendly staff, and treated with kindness and respect. As stated before, I was treated with respect, and not like I didn't know what I'd gone in for. The vehicle I had gone in to look at had already been sold, but I was able to test drive another very nice Jeep and ended up getting a newer vehicle with fewer miles than I'd originally gone to see. I worked with Mr. Jim Delia, who went above and beyond to make me and my three-year-old daughter comfortable in the environment, and to make sure that we drove away happy in our new vehicle. Mr. Tyler Davis walked me through my financing contract and made sure that I was clear on everything in the contract before asking me to sign anything. The customer service I recieved on this visit to Portsmouth Used Car Superstore was outstanding. I had looked at cars at this establishment over 7 years ago and felt pressured and bullied. The employees that work there now are much more about the customer leaving satisfied. What an improvement and what a breath of fresh air! A+ Dealership! This was my first time buying a car and it was perfect! Jim was very friendly and not the typcal pushey salesman. I drove over 2 hours to the dealership because their Internet girl Gina was so great when I spoke with her. She was very helpful and quick to answer all my questions. I have worked at a car dealership before and honestly Portsmouth Used Car Superstore went way beyond my expectations. The whole process from start to finish was very smoothe and not the least bit stressful. I drove my new car home the same day and with a full tank of gas :) I highly recomend Jim and will absolutly make another 2 hour trip when it is time for my next car.
