Extremely personable, very professional and most of all never pushy. Anyone wanting to buy a great car at a great price with absolutely no hassle go see Derek. When the first car fell through he went out of his way to get my granddaughter another vehicle but a newer model and better condition than the first. He shows he cares about the customer. Derek is an excellent role model that other dealerships would benefit from. He makes buying a car fun! Thanks a million Derek! I was very hesitant on making my first automobile purchase, but the staff at Key Auto made the process go really smoothly. Key Auto Center of Portsmouth was an amazing experience from the moment we walked in. They are true in customer service and are a no bull dealership. You feel welcome and non stressed during the whole proc from the moment we walked in. They are true in customer service and are a no bull dealership. You feel welcome and non stressed during the whole process and even on a Sunday had us in and out of the door in 4 hours from start , test drives, going to another location to see the car we wanted to full paperwork signed. Our sales agent Ginger Rowe was like no other! She listened to our needs and details and found exactly what we wanted and for the price we wanted. She was so much fun to sit and talk to and was with us from start to finish and even helped clean out our car for the trade!.. Ginger even went as far to find an extra key for the Jeep and dropped it off at our house! Talk about amazing customer service. We felt like king and queens! I would recommend Key Auto Center of Portsmouth to anyone including royalty! More
