Loving my new car! I am absolutely in love with my new car and I still can't believe she's mine. I had never gone to a dealership for my previous cars and typically they I am absolutely in love with my new car and I still can't believe she's mine. I had never gone to a dealership for my previous cars and typically they have been just alright. This was my first "just what I want" car, and it was so easy! I went in just to look around and before I knew it Matty V. Was doing research and helping me decide what I even wanted; with only three requirements- four doors, not a ford, and SUNROOF. As ridiculous it may sound, the sunroof was a deal breaker for me. Not only did he find me a car (originally no sunroof), he upped my trade to equal the cost of putting the sunroof in. He was available for all of my unusual questions and still answers them if something comes up.. So in conclusion to my book, Matty V., ehem.. I mean this dealership, was spectacular and I will absolutely be referring anyone and everyone to Key Auto in Portsmouth !!!! More

Best experience I've had at any dealership!!! This was the second dealership I went to in hopes of trading in my Jeep. I owned the Jeep for a year and because of medical reasons it became too This was the second dealership I went to in hopes of trading in my Jeep. I owned the Jeep for a year and because of medical reasons it became too much car for me. When my family and I entered Key Auto Center, we were greeted by Matt. We told him the reasons I needed another car and what the other dealership tried to pull. (my Jeep was a 2012 with less than 50k miles on it and I was only offered 18.5k for trade in value). I also let him know that my credit score has slid within the last year, but was still hoping to reduce my payments. Matt was very attentive to all of my needs as a customer. We went through the process backwards that way he was sure that he was only showing me vehicles that fit my financial needs. The first one he showed me was the one that I bought. It is a 2012 Nissan Sentra with 53 k miles in excellent condition. Not only does it fit my family, but also is much easier for me to get in and out of as well as drive. The price was right too. Because they gave me way more for a trade than the other place offered, my payments were reduced, while still giving me a good quality car that was the same year and around the same miles as the one I traded. I recommend to anyone that prefers quality customer service to make their first stop be Key Auto Group, and ask for Matt. You will walk away very very happy. More
