I met with Derek Johnson and much to my surprise he listened to my needs and wants, showed me vehicles well within my price range - which by the way they have hundreds!! He was able to get me approved right away after we found the vehicle that would be best for me. He made the process so easy and I’m happy to say I drove away today with my new to me Chevy Cruze! Great Staff and Excellent Selection of Vehicles We were in search of a used vehicle our grandson could drive until he enters the military and one we would want to keep once he ships out. We decided we wanted a white two door Jeep and stopped at the Somersworth store and they did not have what we were looking for but the salesman quickly sourced one at the Portsmouth store. It was exactly what we wanted and Jesse, Polini, and Chris made the purchase quick and easy and they gave our grandson a good price for his trade. We are very please. The next day my wife and grandson found a low tire pressure light which ended up being a nail in the sidewalk. Chris and the team quickly replaced the tire at no charge...great customer after-sale service!!! More

I had to go back 6 times!! This was by far the worse dealership I’ve ever seen. I had to go hack 5 times. They forgot to transfer my license plate over from old car to new car. This was by far the worse dealership I’ve ever seen. I had to go hack 5 times. They forgot to transfer my license plate over from old car to new car. Engine light keeps going on off in the car. Car had no atena, they FORGOT TO GIVE ME THE TITLE! As well as put the wrong month on my car for an inspection sticker! I’m surprised I haven’t fought for money back for my pain and suffering. Wait! Maybe I will ! More

Went for free inspection..it cost me $366 I brought my car in for its first inspection. I haven't had it a year yet and it was a 2016 so I thought I would be in and out. Unfortunately I was to I brought my car in for its first inspection. I haven't had it a year yet and it was a 2016 so I thought I would be in and out. Unfortunately I was told I would need new wipers and new brakes. I would have expected the pads maybe but not the rotors and calipers. Also I was not given a chance to see the issue which to me is always helpful and a reassurance that I am not being asked to pay for things I dont need. I will get it inspected in Maine with people I know will do this from now on More
