Whenever I am in for service checks Matty V. is always there to say hi and brighten folks day. This time he went out of his way to work around my schedule and meet me earlier than he's scheduled to work, multiple times to talk about moving forwards into a new car. I had an image of what I would like to drive away with and the whole team made it a project to help me find the car I was looking for.
